The Jollibee Group’s partnership with PBCWE forms part of the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion (D&I), as outlined in its D&I vision, ‘Joy for All.’ This vision describes the company’s approach to cultivating a more inclusive environment, with gender diversity and inclusion as one of its pillars.

The partnership between the Jollibee Group and the PBCWE kicked off with the conduct of a virtual learning series on anti-sexual harassment for over 10,000 Jollibee Group store teams and employees in 2023. This initiative was in collaboration with the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP).
Continuing to champion women in the workplace, the Jollibee Group conducted another virtual learning session with PBCWE on “Supporting our #SuperHERoes: A Guide to Becoming a Better Ally to Women at Work” last March 22, 2024.

PBCWE Learning and Organizational Development Manager Amor Curaming facilitated the learning session.

The learning session, attended by Jollibee Group employees both in the Philippines and abroad, aimed to help employees translate their personal visions into collective family strategies, creating supportive and organized “home teams.” The training module used gender equality concepts to foster genuine collaboration and establish effective support structures among family members.
Ruth Angeles, Jollibee Group’s Head of Global Organization, Leadership, and Culture, and Head of Region Philippines Human Resources, emphasized the significance of celebrating Women’s Month as a reminder of women’s indomitable spirit and invaluable impact on families, organizations, and communities. “These conversations are important because they help us understand the unique experiences and needs of different groups,” she added.
