Jollibee Group expands its #JabforJoy! Inoculation Program to include employees’ minor dependents and booster shots of employees and their eligible dependents nationwide.

MANILA, Philippines. Dec 16, 2021 – To support the country’s continuous vaccine rollout, the Jollibee Group has expanded its own inoculation program dubbed #JabForJoy! for booster shots of its employees and their eligible dependents. The program also covers primary vaccination of employees’ minor dependents.

“We’ve seen the positive effect of vaccination in reducing cases in the country, and so we will continue to be an active supporter of the ongoing national vaccination efforts to help the country recover from the pandemic,” said Pepot Miñana, Jollibee Group Chief Sustainability and Public Affairs Officer.

The ongoing vaccination of minor dependents started last November 12, while the administration of booster shots for employees and their dependents started last December 9.

Jollibee Group’s #JabForJoy! Program was launched earlier this year to provide free COVID-19 vaccines to its employees, including economic frontliners such as store and commissary team members. It covers teams from Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal, Greenwich, Burger King, Red Ribbon, Panda Express, PHO24, commissaries, distribution centers, support functions, and the Jollibee Group Foundation.

Meanwhile, the Jollibee Group also recently offered its Jollibee stores as COVID-19 vaccination sites to help increase daily inoculation numbers in key cities outside Metro Manila.

Across eight regions, fifteen Jollibee stores have been transformed into vaccination sites, helping speed up the vaccination of over 32,000 individuals from November to December 2021 in support of national vaccination efforts.
